Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by ‘GetActiveIndia’.
‘Get Active India’ accepts payment through debit card, credit card, Net banking, Cheque/DD, Bank transfer, direct deposit. ‘Get Active India’ uses recognized and approved payment gateway service provider for all payment process. Your payments are processed safely using payment gateway's SSL access. We don't store your payment information such as credit card number, password etc.
‘Get Active India’ enables registration/sells tickets on behalf of organizers and does not control the inventory.
We currently don't handle refund for ticket buyer. But in case if there results unsuccessful ticket buying by transferring the money, we'll help book the ticket again or forward request to payment gateway providers.
For Organizers: We are responsible for the refund only if ‘Get Active India’ cancels the service without any cause, then we'll refund to you based on the service offered till the refund request. Otherwise the payments to ‘Get Active India’ are non-refundable. It includes service fee, setup fee and other subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes should be reported within 15 days of the time the dispute occurred.
Once bought getactiveindia.com does not allow cancellation of any ticket/registration. Review your tickets carefully before placing the order. ‘Get Active India’ will not be responsible for cancellation if the user changes his/her mind or changes plans.
